As Kansas City continues to become the soccer Mecca of the US we found it such a privilege to partner with KC Current and perform the landscape maintenance during the hand off from the developers to their client. This spring, immediately following, the construction phase of the Stadium we were able to keep the grounds looking their best for Game Days.

We specialize in developer transitions from the construction phase to the client or property manager aquisition. Our focus on developer handoffs are simple, fill the maintenance and snow removal needs during a transition to the end user with full transparency on budgets and overall plant health. It was our pleasure to ensure the newest Stadium in KC looked it best during the developer handoff! If you have not had the chance to get out to a game we highly recommend it.
