STEP 2: Crabgrass prevention

Keep the crabgrass out all year long and the turf looking good for the summer time with the most crucial turf application – Pre-Emergence. Applying this product in the beds will also prevent weed growth throughout the Summer.

STEP 3 - It’s time to fertilize!

Fertilize the turf now to get it green before everyone else. The key to strong turf is to start the fertilization program early so the root system can get off to a good start.

STEP 4 - Mmmm, fresh mulch

Fresh mulch is important to the landscape as it aids in moisture retention and blocks out harmful heat to the plant root system. This is the best way to dress up the landscape and have it looking its best all summer long.

STEP 5 - Dormant pruning

The best way to keep shrubs and plant material in shape is cutting them back during the right times of the year. A dormant pruning removes any excess growth that the shrub may have controlling the growth pattern of the shrub. This is also the best time to cut back the grasses and other perennials so they can grow properly for the upcoming summer.
